Bhutan Gangteng Monastery – Saga Dawa Dharma Activities

From the 8th to the 10th day of the 4th month of the Bhutanese lunar calendar, the three-day Amitabha Pure Land Puja was successfully and auspiciously completed under the guidance of the Vajra Acharya.

In addition, on the 15th day, during the auspicious occasion of the Fivefold Sacred Celebration, the Kangyur (the collected words of the Buddha), which was established during the time of the Second Gangteng Rinpoche, Tenzin Lekdön, was reverently recited by the monastic sangha under the leadership of the Vajra Acharya.

This recitation was offered in remembrance of the immeasurable kindness of our Teacher, Lord Buddha Shakyamuni, and as a sacred offering commemorating His birth anniversary. May the merit and blessings generated by this noble activity benefit all sentient beings and contribute to the flourishing of the Buddhadharma throughout the world. 🙏
