舊譯寧瑪之傳承又可分為「遠傳言教」以及「近傳伏藏」共二大傳承。遠傳言教之精華在內三密，而內三密之口訣在於伏藏。
伏藏乃蓮師為利後世有情，於山河大地、虛空、乃至於弟子心續埋藏之教法，等待時機成熟時，由授記之取藏師發掘並饒益有情眾生。根據蓮師授記，共有百八大伏藏師、千餘小伏藏師出世，其中最為特別的是五大伏藏王，所取出之伏藏乃所有伏藏之根本，亦是精華及究竟之內三密口訣。
根據蓮師之授記，五大伏藏王之法脈若不間斷，一切伏藏之法脈亦不斷絕，特別是若能復興貝瑪林巴傳承之伏藏，亦能光大其他伏藏王之伏藏，為此，崗頂法王將於2026年傳授『貝林伏藏之全集灌頂及口傳』，期望以此振興蓮師之法教、內三密之口訣，並再次為有緣弟子點燃一盞心燈，將蓮師覺性之光明傳承植入有緣之心續，敬請珍惜，此乃即身成佛之稀有口訣！

Close Transmission of the Termas
Complete Pedling Terma Empowerment and Oral Transmission
– Pedling Chorkho

The Old Translation Nyingma Lineage includes two primary transmissions: the Remote Oral Transmission and the Close Transmission of the Termas. The essence of the Remote Oral Transmission lies in the Inner Three Tantras, and the pith instructions of the Inner Three Tantras are found in the termas (revealed treasures).
Termas are sacred teachings hidden by Guru Rinpoche for the benefit of future beings—in the land, space, and even in the mindstreams of disciples—to be revealed when the time is ripe by destined tertöns (treasure revealers). According to the Guru’s prophecy, there are 108 major tertöns and over a thousand minor tertöns. Among them, the Five Great Terma Kings are most special, as the treasures they revealed are the source and essence of all other termas, particularly the ultimate key instructions of the Inner Three Tantras.
Guru Rinpoche foretold that if the lineages of the Five Great Terma Kings remain unbroken, then all terma transmissions will endure. In particular, the revival of the Peling Terma lineage will illuminate and enliven all other terma transmissions. Therefore, in 2026, His Holiness the Gangteng Rinpoche will grant the Complete Peling Terma Empowerment and Oral Transmission, intending to revitalize Guru Rinpoche’s teaching and the pith instructions of the Inner Three Tantras, and to kindle a lamp of awakened mind in the hearts of all fortunate disciples. This is a rare empowerment leading to Buddhahood in one lifetime—please cherish this opportunity!
